Our fixed fee service is central to our mission to make property sales fairer and better value for our vendors. We know it can be done and our previous vendors know it too. Our fixed fee service keeps things simple. Here’s how we do it:
- We charge a flat rate of £1900 (inc VAT) to sell your home
- The fee is fixed and does not change based on the value of your property
- Our fees are transparent, fair and easy to understand
- Our service is no sale, no fee, meaning you only pay when your sale completes
- There are no fee costs to pay up front
- There is no contract length, so you’re in complete control
- We undertake all viewings
- Receive & negotiate all offers
- Instruct solicitors & undertake full sales progression
- See your sale through to completion

Fixed fee vs commission
Traditional estate agents use commission percentages to calculate their fees. This means the amount you pay varies depending on the sale value of your property. It doesn’t cost the agent more to market and sell a property at £300k as it does a studio flat at £100k. So why charge more? As a homeowner you are simply being penalised for owning a property of higher value.
At Mo Move, we believe that it is fairer for our fees to be tied to our costs for valuing and marketing your home, not the value that it sells for.
